The Basic Idea
How High Rise Tiny Home Condos can Reboot America ++
High Rise Tiny Home Neighborhood Buildings (HRTHNHB's) & Community Living Centers (CLC's) is explained below.
There would be about 1,100 tiny homes - each 20' x 30' with 4 rooms, a bathroom & kitchen (most eating would be in Common Dining Rooms, a side door & a porch on the front. Each floor of every HRTHNHB would have 36 tiny hoes on each side & no corridor - there would be a STREET creating:

Kids can ride their bikes & play - people can stroll & meet their neighbors. At each end of the street would be a large enclosed terrace.
The HRTHNHB's would. be of 3 kinds:
1 - Selling the tiny homes as condos.- With the reestablishmebt of US Government backed mortgages, a tiny home that sells for $100,000 would require $0 down - the closing costs would be added to the morgage. Most can afford that! the monthly mortgage payment on the $100,000 mortgage at 6 1/2% interest for 30 years is $600/mo.
Now even a low wage couple - both working at McD's - can afford to own real estate!

This will give hope to all those felt they had no future! This is 1 Major Reboot for America. A sense of hope & a future where even low wage earners can now leave a "legacy" to their kids or have enough equity when their kids are ready to go to college, to take out another mortgage to pay for the kids's college. Wowie Powie Kazowie!
Even 1 person or 2 people can now afford to own their own tiny home condo. The configurations of the rooms can be changed by taking out 1 -3 rooms or combining the 2 rooms in he back & taking out the 2 rooms in the front to make a nice 1BR.

The Common Dining Rooms (CDR)will sell inexpensive meal tickets with a "reservation" to know how many meals will be needed. One CDR will serve frozen style meals with box drinks & the price will be low. The other CDR will have a kitchen & will 2 days advance reservations to know how to prepare. The entres for each weeks' meals will be posted.

2 - As Community Living Centers in HRTHNHB's - These will be for people who can not take care of themselves or have limited abilities. For those with limited abilities, there would be a pace to do some work that would be suitable for them. It could be cottage industries making art type objects. Someplace overseas I bought bunch of items made from plastic bags. They are very attractive & always thoght they would be a good "for profit" product for a CLC. They might even be capable of getting a Certificate of Excellance in the field of their choice to allow them to get a good job. They may secide to live in a rental HRTHNHB near their work to get continued psychological & psychiatric help. Eating in the Common Dining Room enhances life as their is human contact & meeting new, & old friends. I believe community is a very important part of life for most people. Some people are perfectly happy being by themselves - that's ok also. Whatever suits you as long as you are not hurting someone else!
3 - As rental units of 1 - 4 bedrooms. Many people will decide they like the connection in the HRTHNHB & some may be built with larger homes for people who can afford it & want more space but still like the 'Neighborhood in the Sky" concept & The Common Dining Room.
I suggest a weekly Friday Night Judy Garland Shabbat Dinner. You don't have to be Jewish to enjoy Shabbat - the day of rest. It's in the Bible - the Old Testament. On day one God said, I made the heavens & the earth & the seas & Donald Trump - Oh, no - that was a BIG bo bo - what the hell was I thinking?
Shabbat dinner is a wonderful tradition that is really not Jewish at all. Jews do say prayers before the meal - 1 when lighting the Shabbat candles; 1 over wine & 1 over bread - always challah. This became the traditional bread in Eastern Europe & the Bible refers to "the first dough" in Numbers 15:17-21. Not sure what that means but challah is a breaded bread that mother's traditionally make on Friday afternoon with their daughters. It' a nice bonding for both. The prayers are recited in Hebrew & English.
There is something special about a Friday night Shabbat Dinner.

Some Background- What The Hell is a HRTHNHB? Huh?

History:
The idea came about when I was thinking about creating a palestinianhomeland.com up soon all the information is now on Donald Weiss ideas for change.com so my first thought was “ how do you have 2 million people then I remember seeing Elon Musk showing his inexpensive tiny homes and that’s why I came up the idea of the tiny home and my layout of the tidy home is basically a 20‘ x 30‘ structure with two bedrooms in the back two bedrooms in the front a side entrance a bathroom a kitchen and a AC and heating closet. Most people will not eat in their tiny home. They would eat in common dining rooms on the lower floors of the buildings that I decided would be the best way of having a place for the tiny homes that would not take up that much space. Each tiny home would have a porch in the front.
So, I came up with creating a high rise building. Trying to make the “math” as easy as possible, assuming 3 people lived in each tiny home, over 600,000 would needed to be manufactured. ELON MUSK!
Of course, once I get the idea to him, he will open that small opening in his Billion $ Heart & say “Great idea - let’s go!” But, after getting what seemed to be good emails & other ways to get his attention, it was what the Pope says - “Nope”. A silent nope.
I tried getting the info out to Xi Jingping, but another silent Nope.
I decided to “run” (walk, actually, very slowly) 4 NYC Mayor. Like a relative said “You are an old man (78) leave it to someone younger. TY but NoTY. I realized my ideas are transformative & would create a New NYC that went, under my administration, from a population where 25% (2 million) are classified as poor to a “poor population” of about 5%.
My basic premise is:
“It doesn’t make much sense to ‘take care of’ poverty in what is some of the world’s most expensive real estate.”
NYC now spends 1/3 of its annual budget of about $12 Billion on supporting poverty.
More on that later. I just want to give further info on the HRTHNHB’s. TY.
The top 15 floors of each 20 story building would have no walls. 36 tiny homes would be installed on each side. There would be a total of 72 tiny homes on each floor. There would not be a corridor, there would be a
STREET:
“A Neighborhood in the Sky” (cool!)
At the end of each street would be a large enclosed terrace. Kids can ride their bikes & play on the street. People can stroll & actually meet their neighbor! “Good morning Ali & Shula, you both look mighty fine today”.
The buildings would be completed with the Eco Friendly style used in New Clark, Philippines. The image of the building & a tiny home floor plan is to the right.
There would be 2 Common Dining Rooms on the lower floors. All food would be “frozen dinner style” for all 3 meals with box drinks with straws. The lower floors would have a post office, banks, medical offices, administrative offices, child care (starting with 2 yr. old babies), Pre K till 1st grade +++ ?.
Other facilities would be outside the HRTHNHB:
*Schools through 12th grade
*A school to get a HS Equivalency Degree
*Classes to get an Associates Degree
*Classes to get a “Certificate of Excellence” in the field of choice. This will allow the recipient to get a well paying job anywhere in the world!
*More medical facilities
*A hospital, if needed
*Extensive recreational facilities to include, but not limited to:
*Sports fields (with bleachers)
*Basket ball courts
*Volley Ball
*indoor & Outdoor pools with changing
rooms
*Health Club with exercise equipment
*Tennis & Pickle Ball courts
*Court House - to resolve whatever comes
up
*Movie Houses
*Play Houses - for local productions & U S of A Hand Puppet Academy performances from “the kids”. More on that transformative” idea later.
*A Town Square - I always loved going to a town square in my travels. Why not?
*A 3pm - 1 am daily Amusement Patk with rides for all ages, fun games, side shows &, of course, cotton candy. AND candied apples 🍎 too!
*Open parks for a picnic with lots of shade trees.

HRTHNHB’s Will Differ:
To, hopefully, be built with as many as possible, beginning in da Bronx. I would end zoning there, by Executive Order (if that works) to allow developers to acquire land & contiguous homes to build as many & as quickly as possible. If each HRTHNHB has 1,080 tiny homes, 1,000 buildings could be the platform for selling 1 million tiny home condos
With the Federal government reestablishing US Backed Morgages, $100,000 tiny homes could be bought with $0 down, having the closing costs tied into the mortgage, the monthly cost @ 6 1/2% interest over 30 years is $600/mo!
Holy cow! A couple who both work at McD’s or even 2 low earning singles who buy jointly can now OWN REAL ESTATE.
That’s Transformative!
In NYC, tenants whose rent is paid or subsidized by gov’t & are the tenant in an apartment would be offered money to move. The offers would be set in generalities by The Rent Guidelines Board. The money would be released after a Police Report that the apartment is vacant & mostly clean. Payments would be up to $25,000. The factors are location, type of building, size of unit, current total rent & amount paid by the tenant.
Those people now should be able to buy a HRTHNHB condo either in NYC or anywhere in America.
I am suggesting these be built all over America. It will give a new sense of hope & anticipation to a brighter future. Who couldn’t use a little of that? They can be built by the wealthy, corporations & governments & as the tiny homes will sold as condos, they will get their initial investment back. Profits will not be allowed.
THIS IS FOR AMERICA!
I also suggest that America begin with the 30,000 homeless vets.

I was fortunate to have lived with my family from ‘84 - ‘87 in Israel. We lived in a small community, right on the Mediterranean, Ramat Poleg. It is about 2 miles south of Netanya which is about 20 miles north of Tel Aviv. Netanya has cliffs so to get to the beach you have to find one with a road leading to it or walk stairs.
Netanya has a large retired population but also a thriving business community & lots of pastry & coffee houses. What better to do when retired than spend the morning chit chatting & having a sweet & an expression. Lots of nice restaurants, many with outdoor seating as the weather was suitable for outdoor dining - Lamb kabob with grilled veggies, yellow rice, pita & humus - yum! Olives & eggplant to begin. Maybe a Maccabee beer! Bottoms up, baby.
We lived in a 4 BR townhouse with a pool club & cafe overlooking the sea. Not too tough to take. People were very friendly strolling their carriages, knocking on the door to say hello. “Come in a sit for a while - I have coffee brewing.”
My ex wife had cousins who immigrated from Argentina after Israel became a State.
Many lived in transit camps, those who could afford rent would choose a place to settle. Many moved to the over 100 kibbutzim that were established. Many were on the Eastern border. It faced The West Bank with about 2 Million Arabs living in mostly towns & villages. There was little hostility with Israel but each kibbutz had a 24 hr. watch tower.
Each kibbutz had housing for all the “members”, a Common Dining Room, where most ate - the food was free. Homes had kitchens. All had a profit oriented business.
The kibbutz my ex-wife’s family lived on is Bachan. It is directly to the East of Netanya. The whole country is only 15 miles wide there.
We spent many Shabbats there & I saw how happy life was. Her family had no money, but they had community, family, friends, free housing, food, transportation & a place to work. They got a weekly stipend but had few expenses.
This is when it occurred to me that this “concept” could be brought to America to deal with homelessness. After I returned to NYC, I began to “promote” the idea, aggressively. 0 response & after years of pursuit, I put the idea aside.
Then, after realizing this would work for the HRTHNHB’s to create “New Palestine”.
I then made it central to my appeal as to why I should be elected NYC Mayor. I will create the HRTHNHB’s with condos affordable to most. Owning real estate is a powerful positive.
For the balance of the poor population, including the homeless (they will be given a $1,000 NYC Debit Card) & will be settled in a CLC HRTHNHB. They will be built on inexpensive vacant land, mostly upstate, or cities & towns that want that economic activity. Like Buffalo.
Just to move the certified asylum seeking tenants who now occupy 10,000 hotel rooms in NYC will require 3 HRTHNHB’s.
Throughout America, the HRTHNHB concept to sell condos will offer even low earners to own real estate. YES!
CLC HRTHNHB’s can be built for the homeless & the poor who are not capable of working. Those who needed to be taken care of would get the services needed.
Idea 2 to “Reboot America”
The U S of A Hand Puppet Academy
I suggest it begin after the Christmas Holiday in January, 2026 in ALL schools all over the country.
This will be a country wide positive movement to accomplish much:
*Establishing something positive & happy that the whole country can unite in participating in with their kids
*Give the kids something positive, fun & educational for them. Instead of enduring “shooter ALICE Trainings”. ALICE stands for Alert, Lockdown, Inform, Counter, and Evacuate. It is a multi-option response program that has largely replaced the traditional "lockdown-only" drills.
Oh boy - 2 hours a week to work on stories & scripts & prepare shows.
*Kids of different ages can work together to team them good sharing skills & communication with each other.
*Parents will want to join in the fun by making hand puppets & helping with scripts & the plays. Who knows, maybe a Nobel Prize Play will come out of it.
These 2 ideas, I believe, can create a satanic shift in America from confusion & desperation to one of joy & hope.
I believe the choice of going to a CLC HRTHNHB will give the huge disenfranchised population in America to know they can now do something positive with their lives. 1 - “I am miserable - my family is f..ked up, I have no future, I get all these ‘ideas’ to kill & destroy on the internet. I have nothing to live for! I know! I’ll get an AR15, visit someplace to kill as many as I can, then kill myself! People will know me then.” OR now
2 - Same beginning, but now they can add the thought: “Another choice is to go to that Oprah Winfrey CLC. It sounds inviting & maybe I can get my life in order. It has psychological & psychiatric help, which I know I could use, it will give me a new group of friends, I will have a comfortable place to live with free food, medical care & activities. I can even get a HS Equivalency Degree or maybe an Associates Degree. I can also get a “Certificate of Excellence” in any field & then I’ll be able to earn a nice living. Maybe I’ll even get married & have a family! Let’s see #1 - Death! #2 - Hope & a possible bright future even being able to buy a tiny home condo. I’m taking #2 TYVM!
This can be transformative for America! A Reboot!
Idea 3 - Living in Israel we lived as all did in Netanya (not in Tel Aviv - too much of an International Business Center - in what I call Siesta Time. Popular in many Mediterranean countries, you begin the day, including schools, at 8 am. All are home about 1 for a 3 hr. Siesta. Offices, & most stores, close. Restaurants & cafes are open.
The big meal is at lunch. Kids have lots of time to play & adults can spend the time as they wish. It was common to take a nice nap to recharge for the rest of the day. Stores & offices are open till 7 & there is a light dinner.
This could be instituted anywhere where the people & the government feel this would be a more functioning day.
This could be another reboot for America. A less frantic day allowing for a rhythm more suitable for most.
